Atlas Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Chattanooga team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicles
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarketing opportunities
- Provide coverage guidance and policy reviews for clients
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and service issues
- Maintain accurate agency management system documentation
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve retention
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Minimum 2 years of insurance agency experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Independent agency experience
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Familiarity with agency management systems
