Title: Territory Field Trainer (TFT)

About the Organization: Atlas Installers L.L.C. was established in 2016 in Grand Rapids, MI, as a subcontractor providing window treatment, carpet, and flooring services with Empire Today. Since then, Atlas has started supporting a variety of retailers and manufacturers. Position Overview: The Territory Field Trainer is responsible for the growth and development of Territory Installers. They are responsible for training Installers on customer service, job site protocol and safety, product knowledge, troubleshooting, and KPIs like survey and cycle time targets. They will administer a comprehensive assessment at least once per quarter, measuring professionalism, craftsmanship, use of computer software, and vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and organization.
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with the office (via phone call and Google Chats) ongoing several times daily.
- Communicate with Territory Installers daily (via phone call and Google Chats) to develop their job knowledge and promote their efficiency.
- Communicate with your supervisor (CEO) (via phone call and Google Chats) daily.
- Measure Territory Installers efficiency, quality, and general performance using the resources and targets the company has put in place.
- Provide routing and scheduling feedback to TSMs (Territory Support Manager). Improve routes by contacting confirmed appointments and making minor adjustments like moving appointments forward or changing the order in which they’re run.
- Review Reorder Forms that require Territory Field Trainer authorization on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all company policies and model company values, culture, and high standards of conduct for employees to follow.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service focus with a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
- Deep knowledge of the industry and Installer role.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years’ experience in the window treatment industry.
Working Days & Hours
Under normal circumstances, the workday will start at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM, and working days are Monday through Friday, and one Saturday per month.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
