What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Mortgage Loan Setup Specialist (On-Site) position at Atlas Home Funding inc?
Atlas Home Funding is seeking an experienced mortgage professional to prepare new loan files from application through initial disclosure.
This position is strictly focused on loan setup and disclosures. We are looking for someone who can work independently with little to no training.
Responsibilities:
_Review new loan applications
Doc out loan files
_Request missing documentation
_Prepare and issue initial disclosures
_Ensure files are complete and lender-ready
_Communicate with loan officers regarding outstanding items
Requirements:
_Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage experience in loan setup, disclosures, or processing
_Must know TRID and disclosure requirements
_Able to work independently from day one
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Approximately 3–5 hours per day (flexible)
Salary : $25 - $30
