What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brakeman’s Smashed Burger Bar- Bartenders and Servers position at Atlas Group COS?
Brakeman’s Smashed Burger Bar Springs most exciting Burger Bar with the best views in town! We are looking for a team member that will add to the incredible work family here with friendly vibes and a deep care for people, hospitality and quality!
Job duties include following recipes to the bar’s specifications, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all spaces and amazing guest service that anticipates needs. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well when the line is out the door. We are a high volume space, so excellent teamwork is a must.
We are looking to fill a part time role that is 10-15 hours a week! This will be a weekend heavy position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and accommodate guests in a timely and hospitable manner. Attempt to enhance guest’s experience with acts of service.
- Prepare a variety of beverages and offerings according to established recipes and standards which are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of our food and beverage
- Assist in the execution of food and beverage delivery and expediting of tickets from outside expo
- Communicate effectively with other members of the team to ensure that orders are completed quickly and guests are satisfied
- Clean and maintain bar and dining equipment and utensils, as well as the work area, to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve our dishes, processes, and customer experience
Qualifications:
- A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of serving techniques, bar equipment, and food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
