Here's the stuff we need your help with!:
- Make and serve smoothies, acai bowls, espresso drinks and other food and beverage items
•Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations
- Provide connection with guests and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner
•Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using dialing in and other standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments
•Replenish line, beverages and general supplies while maintaining the cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and food knowledge to guide guests through menu
•Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
•Keep display stocked and rotated.
- Review product in stock and line setup for a successful shift.
•Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments
- Greet guests and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
•Relay relevant concerns from customers to leads or managers
- Serve guests quickly and efficiently, and prevent delays in serving lines
•Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately communicates allergens
- Guide guests through menu selection by actively listening and providing Ola's nutritional benefits to guests
•Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food and beverage neatly and attractively per standard
•Perform other duties as assigned
This position requires early hours, availability on evenings and weekends.
