Construction Project Manager/Field Supervisor Summary: Responsible for the successful management of construction work projects, from proposal to completion for commercial projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Line out subcontractors and communicate project plan and progress with client on daily basis. Prepare change order as needed
· Read and interpret construction plans/drawings
· Acquire permits as needed
· Visit jobs in progress; review questions or problems that may arise
· Add and update project information in CRM software
· Submit requests for purchase orders
· Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, insuring accountability and quality for price
· Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices
Field Experience
· Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable field experience with project management of commercial projects
· Strong estimation background, with working knowledge of construction
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
· Valid driver license with clean driving record
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Strong customer service skills, with internal and external clients
· Effective oral and written communication
· Experience working the commercial property managers, vendors, consultants and architects a plus
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform well under deadlines
· Organizational skills
· Flexibility

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
