Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Specialist role located in California on PG&E property. The Senior Specialist will oversee safety compliance, conduct inspections and audits on completed work from construction crews and provide training for operator qualifications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating project safety measures, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supporting utility and energy projects. The Senior Specialist will liaise with clients and maintain project alignment with industry guidelines and certifications. We are seeking individuals that have Electric Substation experience and individuals that have electric Transmission and Distribution experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with safety standards, compliance protocols, inspections, and audits.
- Proficiency in operator qualifications, including NCCER, Veriforce, EWN, and related certifications.
- Strong skills in project coordination, including safety program development and execution.
- Expertise in the utility industry
- Available for on-site work in California, with travel.
- Proven ability to work efficiently within deadlines while ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
