What You'll Do
Every day is different. Responsibilities may include:
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily office schedule.
- Assist patients with therapies and office flow.
- Keep treatment rooms organized and prepared.
- Educate patients on office procedures and wellness programs.
- Collect payments and assist with administrative tasks.
- Record and organize patient information accurately.
- Create social media content, including photos and short videos.
- Assist with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content.
- Help promote the practice through creative marketing ideas.
- Work closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
