What are the responsibilities and job description for the SALES MANAGER position at Atlas Disposal?
RESPONSIBILITIES

Solicit new customers in the competitive/non-franchise areas. Offer quotes and/or bids as necessary within scope and perimeters established by the company.

Meet regularly with existing customers to reinforce positive relations and to maintain acceptable service standards.

Utilize company CRM tool daily.

Assist with customer retention through cross-selling of product and overcoming objections.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Construction sales experience is a plus.
- Negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating with prospects.
- Prepare for and execute cold calls to influence potential commercial & construction customers into setting appointments with the purpose of presenting and selling Atlas Disposal services.
- Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Proficient use of a PC and Atlas Disposal sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, telephone, and listening skills.
- Report to Sales Manager.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years college
- College degree preferred
- Relevant work experience could be substituted for education requirement
- Prior Sales experience
Salary : $95,000 - $950,000
