- Diagnose and repair equipment issues, often using diagnostic tools, technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
- Inspect incoming products and evaluate for repairs.
- Generate detailed repair quote for customer and update in the database.
- Perform approved repairs and verify correct operation.
- Perform QC verification of completed repairs.
- Inspect warranty claims from customers.
- May train other Atlas Copco personnel in the repair of equipment.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- May hold a certificate in a relevant field, such as tool repair or machine maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/ resolving equipment issues.
- Strong blueprint and technical reading skills required.
- PC and MS Office proficient
