Manage supply partners and lead projects.
Experience
Five years of full-time, professional supply management experience (not clerical or administrative);
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Related field preferred, CPSM preferred
Skills
Manage self, projects, and suppliers with limited supervision; ability to learn commodities, services, and structures; exceptional customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders; able to understand commercial contract language; project tracking; business and mechanical acumen; strong ability to drive projects through completion and lessons learned.
Travel
Occasional planned domestic and international travel.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage RFx processes, negotiation, and contracting
- Managing relationships with suppliers and internal customers
- Proactively seek and lead innovative ways to improve the procurement process
- Coordinate and communicate purchasing policies and procedures to suppliers and internal Customers
- keep the internal customer always updated with the progress of projects or actions
- Right and fast execution of strategies to align with business growth and sustainability
- Manage Suppliers, assigned commodities, and Contracts
- Create and analyze spending reports
- Generate and implement cost reduction and quality improvement projects
- Assure supplier compliance with the AC Business Code of Conduct
- Provide training and support related to SAP, SRM, and Purchasing process.
- Involve an appropriate number of suppliers in a fair and concise manner for the acquisition of goods and services
- Implement CO2 reduction initiatives
- Track Supplier Diversity
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, supply chain, supply management, procurement, or Purchasing
- Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFx and project management tools
- Experience with process building and efficiency mining
