SUMMARY: Refurbish, Repair and Assemble a variety of different temperature control units

(TCU) often used in wafer manufacturing facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may

be assigned.

• Follows all safety standards
• Assemble a variety of Temperature Control Units (TCU or Chiller)
• Trouble shoot and repair used equipment
• Testing units to meet tolerances & product specifications
• Maintaining the companies quality assurance standards
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
• Follows all shop work instructions, tooling and methods
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Mechanical aptitude
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work in fast paced team environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
  
  

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 years industry experience or specific OEM training
• Previous HVAC Experience
• Brazing
  
  

Language Skills

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret written documents
• Ability to interpret technical charts and drawings
• Ability to respond in a professional manner to common inquiries

WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics are those of a production

facility.

Wage: $26.00/hr DOE
