- Place and manage purchase orders for assigned commodities and departments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with sourcing policies
- Support manufacturing schedules by purchasing materials and services in a cost‑effective and efficient manner
- Utilize SAP ERP and e‑Sourcing tools to process purchase data, track orders, and provide delivery feedback
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams while maintaining clear, professional communication with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance related to delivery and execution, escalating issues as needed
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Comply with all safety rules, regulations, and OSHA requirements

You have 2 years of experience, working in sourcing, purchasing, or a related business function
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a technical/manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
