Your Role

With your experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreements, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our aftermarket business. Your contributions will ensure that our contracts are not only compliant but also beneficial to our long-term goals.
As the Aftermarket Contracts Administrator, you will collaborate with the Gas and Process aftermarket team in Houston, TX, to support the aftermarket business for our engineered-to-order centrifugal compressors.
- You will review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
- You will manage various agreements including:
- Master Service and/or Parts Agreements
- Maintenance Plans
- Purchase Orders
- Contractor Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- You will collaborate with legal counsel, insurance, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and other departments.
- You will operate out of our Service Center North America facility in Houston, Texas.

- Minimum of three years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreements
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
