Are you our next Manager of Sales Enablement?

As the Manager of Sales Enablement, you and your team will be strategically responsible for defining the value proposition for Atlas Copco solutions, and for setting successful plans to drive sustainable sales growth of those solutions. You will drive the correct prioritization for product development with all product companies. When products are ready for launch, you will ensure launch readiness and the best possible plan for launch. You will teach our full sales team, including field sales, inside sales and distributor salespeople, how to effectively sell our products. You will ensure we have the correct tools in place for our salespeople to be effective, including product demonstrations, seminars and promotional content. You will drive lead generation by conceptualizing targeted campaigns for different products and solutions. You will be responsible for developing processes and establishing the correct tools to effectively achieve the above.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Develop a team of excellent people who all possess the Desire to be Great and a Growth Mindset (Player mentality). Effectively use Coaching for Performance an other tools to drive growth of the people in your team and the capability to accomplish team goals.
  • Ensure the roles and responsibilities of your team are fully understood by all team members and through coaching, that each team member has the capability to achieve all functions of their job.
  • Develop your team's ability to obtain and understand the Voice of the Customer (VoC). Ensure enough time is spent with customers by the team to recieve enough VoC input. Put the correct tools in place to effectively analyze VoC and draw insights from it.
  • Drive use of the ACCORD model and other tools by your team to process VoC data and develop the correct output for excellent product launches.
  • Manage the Common Launch Process (CLP). Ensure the process is up to date, covers all critical points for an effective launch of a product, and is fully used by the team. Update the CLP as necessary to maintain it as a document that will ensure excellent launches.
  • Drive a Functional Teams approach by your team when dealing with Product Companies, other Marketing teams, and the rest of the Customer Center organization. Ensure your team possesses the skills to effectively take conflict with counterparts and move their relationships within our company up the Functional Teams pyramid.
  • Understand other tools available to your team, such as data analytics and artificial intelligence, and drive their use where appropriate. Continue investigating the use of new tools to make your team more effective in the future.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • At least 5 years working in a business-to-business marketing organization, including at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience in development of a marketing organization, such as definition of job roles, creation of new business processes, alignment with other parts of the organization, and optimization of performance over time.
  • Experience in development of marketing strategy,
  • Be innovative to generate new ideas for how our business can improve and incorporate the ideas of others into your own.
  • Be a team-player who can align with other people within our organization and collaborate to improve the way we work.
  • Be a leader who can set clear expectations for the members of your team and inspire hard work and dedication.
  • Have the necessary technical skills, including advanced competence in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint), a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, and knowledge of BI reporting applications (Power BI preferred). Be able to use all of these systems and determine the best possible tools to use to optimize efficiency.
  • Have a working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and lead generation / management flows.
