As aKey Account Manager, you will be close to our customers, driving strategic growth and nurturing relationships with our key accounts. Your mission is to build a sales strategy that drives business growth by identifying opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key EPC firms.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and engineering teams.
- Identify, track, and qualify major capital projects through EPC channels.
- Act as the central EPC interface across regions.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers where EPCs drive projects outside core geography.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection and system solutions.

- You have 7-10 years of experience, working in industrial equipment or capital project sales.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of EPC project execution and sales cycles
- Experience in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals orpharmaceuticals
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year sales opportunities

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office on Greens Road in Houston, TX.
