Launching at the end of 2026, the clinic is looking for a Partner Veterinarian who wants the influence and financial benefits of ownership without the risk, cost, or isolation of starting a practice of their own, with zero buy-in required.
As Partner Veterinarian, you will lead the care team, set the standard for medical excellence, and play an integral role in the success of the hospital. About You:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Missouri
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
- Ideally 1 years of experience in a leadership or management position
- Committed to gold-standard medicine and preventative care
- Confident leading, mentoring, and collaborating within a team
- Committed to Fear Free or low-stress handling
- Passionate about improving veterinary care and educating pet parents
- Adaptable and comfortable in an innovative, fast-paced environment
