Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $140,000 base
- Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with NO negative accrual
- Sign-On/Bonus Potential: Up to $40,000 in sign-on/bonus potential, plus relocation support and retention bonus
- Partnership Opportunity: Clear pathway to hospital equity and leadership through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), which currently includes more than 200 co-owning veterinarians

- Minimum of 3 years of small animal experience preferred
- Clinical Proficiency: Confidence in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
- Licensing: DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in the state of Missouri (or the ability to obtain) & in good standing
- A strong interest in leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues
