As Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the Practice Manager and senior leadership team to oversee medical protocols, clinical quality, DEA compliance, scheduling, doctor development, and financial performance. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting associate veterinarians, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the hospital continues to deliver exceptional care while maintaining a healthy, engaged team.

This position would particularly suit an experienced veterinarian with strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a passion for coaching others. Previous management experience is highly desirable, and experience in high-volume spay/neuter surgery would be beneficial.

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Georgia
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading or managing veterinarians preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• DEA license (or ability to obtain) and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
