I’m partnering with a large, highly respected 24-hour AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in California that is looking to welcome an additional Associate Veterinarian to its established and collaborative medical team. This is a rare opportunity to join a truly full-service environment where general practice, emergency, and specialty medicine work seamlessly together under one roof.
The hospital is purpose-built and recently expanded, including a brand-new ICU and a state-of-the-art surgical suite with multiple fully equipped theatres, prep and sterilisation areas, and spacious pre- and post-operative wards. The facility supports high-level medicine with an exceptional range of advanced diagnostics including CT, digital radiography, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, and Class IV laser therapy, alongside on-site radiology support six days per week.
You’ll be working alongside a large team of experienced doctors with decades of combined clinical experience, supported by an outstanding technical and client care team. The hospital runs a well-established internship and mentorship culture, making this a fantastic environment for both confident clinicians and those seeking continued development. Collaboration is at the heart of the culture here, with on-site specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, surgery, and critical care, allowing you to practice medicine at a very high standard with excellent backup.
Schedules are flexible, the caseload is varied, and the hospital is equipped to support you in delivering exceptional care, whether your interests lean more toward GP, urgent care, or complex medical cases.

About you:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in California
- Passion for delivering high-quality, ethical veterinary care

- Curious, empathetic, and committed to continued professional growth
