About You:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Connecticut
- 4 years of clinical experience; prior leadership experience preferred but not required
- Confident in general practice medicine, surgery, and dentistry
- A supportive leader who values communication, team development, and high-quality care
