About Atlas Canning:
Atlas Canning LLC is a fast-growing beverage co-manufacturer and formulation house serving 45 emerging CPG brands. We are expanding into a new full-scale production facility capable of 50,000–150,000 cans per day and are building the team to run it.
Role:
The Production Lead owns the day-to-day floor operations of our canning facility. You are the bridge between management and the production crew — responsible for scheduling, quality, safety, and output.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all production floor activities from line setup through final packaging
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of 4–6 operators
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery for client runs
- Enforce GMP, food safety, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot line issues and coordinate maintenance
- Track production KPIs and report to management daily
- Coordinate ingredient receiving, inventory, and staging
Requirements:
- 3 years in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols
- Experience with canning, bottling, or packaging lines preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
