Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Review RBT data, session notes, and provide feedback and support
- Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching
- Participate in the staff interview process
- Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs
- Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- Actively registered as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued
- Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued
Preferred Skills:
- Dedication to clinical excellence
- A strong leader who can handle stressful situations with calmness and patience
- Compassionate with a high EQ
- Strong collaboration capabilities with other clinicians, leadership, and parents/caregivers
- Experience with Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ESDM, or PRT
All staff are eligible for a pay raise of up to $2 within the first 4-6 months!
