Temporary assignment with an expected duration of 6 to 12 months, subject to change as business needs evolve.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the recruiting process for exempt and non-exempt hires. This position plans and implements recruiting strategies, screens candidates, conduct’s behavioral interviews, negotiates job offers and oversees the post-offer recruitment functions including reference and criminal background checks. The recruiter will attend job fairs and assist with recruitment special projects. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in related field required; in lieu of Bachelor’s degree minimum 10 years related experience required.
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years recruitment experience required, preferably within a hospital function. Knowledge of computer applications and/or data entry experience required. Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills required. The appropriate candidate is detail oriented, well organized and able to function independently.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury. This position requires desk/computer work a majority of the time. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for data entry. The essential functions for this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager at the Mainland Campus and for the Business Units.
