We are currently recruiting a Origination & Structuring Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support research and identification of potential clients, partners, and project opportunities under close supervision.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for client meetings.
- Help maintain origination pipeline data and track basic deal progress in CRM systems.
- Assist with preliminary market analyses and competitor reviews as directed.
- Collect and organize project, financial, and compliance documentation for due diligence.
- Support the preparation of simple term sheets and pricing summaries.
- Communicate updates with internal teams and help coordinate logistics for meetings.
- Participate in industry events and maintain records of interactions and business activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for origination and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional coursework or certification in renewable energy, energy markets, or project finance is a plus.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, project support, or account management.
- Familiarity with the renewable energy sector and CRM or market research tools is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication; organized and attentive to detail.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and dependable.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to follow processes and escalate issues when needed.
