We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, developing new opportunities, and helping customers turn ideas into finished projects.
This role works directly with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners to guide countertop selections and secure new projects while representing one of the region's most established countertop brands.
Our sales team is supported by dedicated estimating and operations teams, allowing Designers to focus on relationship building, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners
- Conduct showroom consultations and assist customers with countertop selections
- Visit builders and job sites to develop new opportunities
- Guide customers through material selections and design options
- Gather project information and coordinate with the estimating team
- Present proposals and secure signed contracts and deposits
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Represent Atlantic Stoneworks professionally within the community
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and developing business relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to guide customers through design decisions
