Job Description:
Mixtura Surfaces Design is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Sales Representative to expand our presence in the commercial construction market.
This role focuses on building strong relationships with general contractors, builders, and project managers, while actively pursuing new project opportunities and preparing competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, and commercial clients
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare bids
- Generate accurate and competitive proposals
- Follow up on submitted bids and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, fabrication, scheduling)
- Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and networking events
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction sales, commercial sales, or estimating (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction plans and bid processes (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and basic estimating tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
