Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Sales Representative based in Clinton, NJ, or Somerset, NJ, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for pursuing leads, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships. Key activities include making business to business sales calls, doing in person drop bys, conducting product demonstrations, identifying client needs, providing solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the representative will manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Experience in Account Management and building strong client relationships
- Track record of success in Sales and meeting or exceeding targets (not required, but a big plus)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technologies is preferred
