Job Description:
Our direct client located in Deerfield Beach, FL has an immediate need for an Office Administrator for a full-time, permanent opportunity.
This position is on-site 5 days a week.
This role will be responsible for handling all of the administrative functions for the office in addition to being the liaison and main point of contact for their business partners. You will be the direct interface for their affiliated insurance companies to ensure the accuracy and completion of the contractual agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience in an office administrative position
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred (Insurance, Legal, Medical, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
