A high-growth, venture-backed fintech platform is scaling rapidly and building the infrastructure layer powering how wealth advisory firms access and manage private markets.
With multi-billion AUM on platform and a growing base of sophisticated RIA clients, the firm is expanding its relationship management team to support the next phase of growth.
This is a front-office, revenue-generating role at the intersection of:
- Private markets investing
- Technology / platform solutions
- Strategic client advisory
You will partner directly with RIAs to help them move from opportunistic allocations to structured, repeatable private markets programs.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with CIOs, investment committees, and senior leadership at RIAs
- Drive adoption of a multi-product platform, including:
- Private equity, venture, and private credit opportunities
- Structured investment vehicles (e.g., SPVs, feeders, white-label solutions)
- Portfolio analytics and reporting tools
- Own the full relationship lifecycle: origination → onboarding → expansion → long-term partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on portfolio construction and alternatives allocation
- Partner cross-functionally with investment, product, and operations teams
- Represent the firm in the market through client engagement and industry events
🧠What We’re Looking For
Core Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in relationship management, distribution, or client-facing roles
- Experience working with or selling into RIAs / wealth advisory firms
- Exposure to alternative investments (private equity, venture capital, private credit, secondaries, co-investments)
- Background that blends:
- Investment / capital markets exposure and/or
- Technology / platform / consultative sales experience
Must-Have Capabilities
- Strong ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers (CIO level)
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to clearly communicate complex investment strategies
- Strategic account development mindset (focus on wallet share and long-term growth)
- High ownership, self-direction, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment

- Experience at:
- Alternatives platforms
- Asset managers (distribution or client solutions)

Salary : $200,000 - $275,000
