Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives for operational roles across various departments, including logistics, supply chain, and facilities management.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms like Lever, Workday, or iCIMS to identify high-potential candidates efficiently.
- Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong communication skills and HR sourcing techniques to assess candidate fit and potential.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams and hiring managers, to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize social media management tools and cold calling techniques for lead generation and talent pipelining efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards while managing contracts, employee orientation processes, and employee evaluation procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting with a focus on operations or similar fields; familiarity with ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent research capabilities to identify passive candidates through social media platforms like Salesforce or UltiPro.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS systems including Workday, ADP, Kronos, or Paychex for employee data management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability in executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting strategies to build diverse talent pools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices; experience with contracts and employee relations is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in research and candidate evaluation processes.
