Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
- Audit Coordination: Manage year-end reporting and serve as the point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze discrepancies and recommend data-driven solutions to ensure reporting integrity.
- Process Optimization: Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to deliver accurate, high-quality deliverables.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Certification: CPA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in financial reporting or public accounting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in U.S. GAAP, Excel, and financial statement automation tools, with experience in IFRS.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience preparing audited financial statements and navigating regulatory filings is strongly preferred.
