Senior Finance Associate | Corporate Accounting, Tax, FP&A | Asset Manager | Fully Remote
We’re partnering with a leading alternative asset manager to hire a Senior Finance Associate to join their internal finance team. This is a high-visibility role working closely with the CFO, with exposure across corporate accounting, tax, and FP&A.
This position is fully remote, with the option to work from an office if preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and broader financial planning initiatives
- Manage partnership tax reporting, including allocations, K-1s, and related filings
- Oversee carried interest and deferred compensation accounting and administration
- Help maintain and improve internal controls, processes, and reporting workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, HR, and external advisors
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of experience across public accounting and/or corporate finance
- Strong foundation in accounting and partnership taxation
- Experience with carried interest or profit-sharing structures is a plus
- CPA preferred
- Strong Excel skills and overall technical proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
