Compensation: $115,000 – $150,000/year bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Data Analyst (Business Analytics) in Greenwich, CT for our client, supporting sales and distribution strategy through advanced analytics, data engineering support, and business intelligence. In this hybrid role, you will work across Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Tableau to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive client engagement, territory performance, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities as the Senior Data Analyst (Business Analytics):

• Data Ingestion & Modeling: Clean, structure, and manage large datasets to ensure accurate and accessible analytics.
• Pipeline & Data Environment Support: Maintain and enhance Snowflake workflows and data pipelines.
• Commercial Analytics: Develop segmentation, target lists, and insights to support sales strategy and growth.
• Analysis & Insights: Evaluate client and sales behavior to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Build Tableau dashboards and reporting tools that deliver clear, actionable insights.
  
  

Qualifications for the Senior Data Analyst (Business Analytics):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience: 4-8 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience within financial services or a related industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with distribution analytics, advisor data, CRM datasets, and ETF or market flow data preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R required, with experience using Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms and Tableau for data visualization.
• Skills & Attributes: Analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
