Senior Associate, Fund Finance & Analytics

Role: Senior Finance Associate

Reporting to: Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between finance and the investment team, overseeing key fund accounting and reporting processes while delivering the analytics that drive portfolio performance and investor decision-making.
• Review and challenge fund administrator deliverables, including financial statements, capital activity, management fees, waterfalls, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy while translating complex fund and portfolio data into actionable insights.
• Lead fund-level FP&A, liquidity forecasting, and performance analysis, helping management evaluate trends, capital deployment, cash flow needs, and portfolio performance.
• Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and automated workflows using advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms to improve transparency, scalability, and decision-making.
• Partner directly with senior leadership and investment professionals on valuations, portfolio monitoring, scenario analysis, performance measurement, and strategic initiatives across the investment platform.
• Play a key role in investor reporting, due diligence, fundraising, and fund execution as Atlas prepares for its largest fundraise to date.

Key Qualifications:

• 3 years of relevant direct Private Equity experience at a fund or in public accounting.
• Experience with financial accounting and with US GAAP.
• Data mining experience - you know how to pull data/produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

Preferred Qualification:

• Advanced SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, etc.
