A leading investment management firm is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Fixed Income Operations team. This is a high-priority opportunity for a professional with 2 years of trade operations experience supporting fixed income products.
Key Responsibilities
- Process trade allocations, confirmations, and settlements for fixed income transactions
- Monitor settlement activity and resolve trade exceptions
- Perform daily reconciliations and support trade support/trade capture functions
- Process coupon payments, principal repayments, maturities, and other lifecycle events
- Partner closely with Trading, Portfolio Management, Prime Brokers, Custodians, and Counterparties to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2 years of operations experience within financial services
- Strong fixed income product knowledge (bonds)
- Experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, post-trade support, and/or trade capture
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
