Investment Analyst
Location: Palm Beach, FL (5 days onsite; 4 days onsite in July/August)
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 Base 20 - 25% Bonus

You'll work directly alongside senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle—from diligence and underwriting through ongoing portfolio management, valuation, and exit. What You'll Do
Portfolio Monitoring & Valuation
- Monitor portfolio company performance including monthly financial and operational results and covenant compliance
- Analyze underlying collateral performance including royalty streams, receivables, and media/sports rights
- Prepare valuation analyses and supporting materials
- Identify trends, risks, and potential restructuring or amendment considerations
- Engage directly with portfolio company management teams on monitoring, diligence, and strategic initiatives
Investment Execution & Diligence
- Build and maintain financial models for prospective investments
- Conduct company, industry, and asset-level diligence including analysis of royalties, licensing agreements, and contracted revenue streams
- Review legal documentation and third-party diligence materials
- Prepare investment memos and materials for the Investment Committee
- Track and organize pipeline opportunities using DealCloud
Market Research & Sourcing Support
- Conduct research across media, entertainment, sports, and IP-related markets
- Track trends in asset-based credit and emerging IP monetization strategies
- Support sourcing efforts through research and preparation of materials
Firmwide Projects
- Support active fundraising efforts including preparation of investor materials and responses to LP diligence requests
- Participate in ad hoc projects across investments, portfolio management, operations, and investor relations
- Contribute to internal process improvements across firmwide workflows
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Public or private accounting from a PE fund
- Big 4 or regional accounting firm
- Financial Due Diligence (FDD), M&A, or PE Valuations at firms such as Houlihan Lokey, Kroll, or Lincoln International
- Strong financial modeling skills
- CFA candidate or charterholder is a plus
- Genuine passion for investing and a desire to build a long-term career in private investing
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting foundation
- Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
