A leading investment firm is seeking a Loan Operations professional to join its team in an AVP-level role. This position partners closely with front and back office teams to support deal execution, onboarding, and ongoing operational processes across a range of credit products.
Responsibilities:
- Support deal closings and onboarding processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers
- Maintain data accuracy, reconciliations, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation
Qualifications:
- 6 years of loan operations experience
- Strong understanding of credit products and trade lifecycle
- Proficiency with Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, etc. a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally
