Human Resources Generalist (Financial Services)
📍 Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We are partnering with a growing investment management firm to add an experienced HR Generalist to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a background in financial services or asset management who is looking to expand their impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This role will support a broad range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, while also contributing to key HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and candidate experience
- Lead onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and employment verifications
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions
- Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate sensitive matters as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support HR projects such as training programs, benefits administration, and HRIS updates
Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR experience, including recruiting and onboarding (required)
- Prior experience within financial services, banking, or asset management required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
