Atlantic Group is hiring a Human Resources Generalist (Temporary) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting employee relations, manager coaching, and HR operations within a healthcare environment. In this role, you will advise leadership on workforce matters, manage employee relations cases, and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will partner with HR teams and business leaders to support performance management, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities as the Human Resources Generalist:
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, accommodations, and conflict resolution.
- Manager Coaching: Advise leaders on performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal and state employment laws.
- Training & Development: Support training initiatives and facilitate HR-related sessions.
- HR Reporting & Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3–6 years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting both represented and non-represented workforces is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems with the ability to analyze workforce data is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex employee relations matters in a fast-paced environment.
