Corporate Recruiter – Financial Services
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base bonus
We are partnered with a highly reputable asset management firm seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and investment-related functions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple corporate and financial services roles
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing tools
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS
- Support employer branding and talent market insights as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a corporate recruiting or agency setting
