I’m working on a high-impact Controller role with a rapidly growing law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role and help build/shape the accounting function while partnering directly with the CFO.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the month-end close, financial reporting, and GL oversight
- Lead and develop a team (1 Manager 2 Staff)
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Oversee treasury, cash management, payroll, and vendor payments
- Partner with leadership on M&A activity and operational growth initiatives
- Help build structure, improve processes, and scale the accounting function
What They’re Looking For
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior management experience
- Must have law firm experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations
- Treasury experience is a plus
Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
