POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will serve as a lead compensation partner supporting multiple business lines within a global investment platform. The individual will play a key role in the development, execution, and ongoing management of compensation programs, acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and HR partners. This position requires a subject matter expert who can navigate a complex, fast-paced environment while balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the annual compensation cycle, including planning, data management, analysis, and reporting in partnership with business leaders and Human Resources
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive and equitable pay decisions across supported groups
- Partner with HR stakeholders to develop insights, prepare analyses, and support a variety of compensation-related initiatives and projects
- Ensure alignment with broader compensation philosophy and contribute to the execution of firmwide programs and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to design and evaluate compensation packages for new hires
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable compensation regulations and guidelines, maintaining awareness of evolving legislative requirements and market trends
- Support cross-functional compensation efforts, including process improvements, systems enhancements, and global consistency initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 6 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, preferably within a complex or global organization
- Experience supporting multiple business units or functions within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to build relationships, establish credibility, and collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting demands
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
