Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, industry events, etc.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, partners, and
- industry stakeholders.
- Lead meetings and presentations to educate potential clients on accounting outsourcing services.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the unique needs of prospective clients.
- Represent firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase visibility and generate leads
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client communications within a CRM system (HubSpot).
- Define business development strategies and set targets.
- Consistently achieve and exceed business development goals and sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development.
- Experience in the accounting or finance industry required
- Bachelor’s Degree required, accounting/finance major preferred.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) for lead management and sales tracking.
- Results-oriented and client-focused with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Established network within the accounting or business services industry.
