Prominent NYC Investment Firm Seeks an AP Lead
*Reporting to the Accounting Manager
*Own End-to-End AP Operations Including Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Payment Execution
*Perform Reconciliations, Month-End Close Support, and AP Reporting
*Monitor Employee Expense Transactions for Policy Compliance
*Build Scalable Workflows and SOPs to Reduce Manual Touchpoints
*Leverage AI and Automation Tools to Drive Efficiency Across AP Functions
Qualifications:
*5–8 Years of AP Experience in a Corporate Finance or Accounting Environment
*Proficiency in ERP/AP Systems (NetSuite, Concur, Ramp, or Similar)
*Hands-On AI/Automation Experience Strongly Preferred
*Strong Excel Skills and Attention to Detail
*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field
Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000 Base Bonus | Hybrid Schedule
