This position is a full-time contract role that’s no less than 3 months with the opportunity for extensions.

About the Role:
Seeking a Security Master Associate to join its Investment Operations team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate security and reference data across multiple internal systems to support trading, compliance, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and maintain data for new securities across Apollo’s systems (Markit EDM, Everest, VPM).
-Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between platforms.
-Reconcile security data and assist with CLO trustee reporting.
-Collaborate with compliance, accounting, and trading teams to support investment operations.
-Participate in system testing and process improvements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree required
-5 years of experience in investment operations or data management.
-Knowledge of Security Master and reference data systems.
-Experience with Bloomberg, Markit EDM, or similar platforms a plus.
-Knowledge of ratings and agencies (S&P, Moody’s, Fitch, DBRS, Kroll) a plus
-Knowledge of Bank Debt, Bonds, Structure products and Derivatives a plus
-Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
