Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist with a strong copywriting and content development background. This role will focus on creating compelling written content across multiple platforms while also supporting presentation and slide deck development for leadership, board meetings, and external partners.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer who can translate ideas and initiatives into clear, engaging messaging that supports the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content for newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications
• Develop presentations and slide decks for leadership, board meetings, and external audiences
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and website updates
• Support speechwriting, announcements, and organizational messaging
• Assist with media monitoring, press releases, and PR initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of marketing, communications, or copywriting experience
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience creating presentations or visual content (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media, and website content management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
