What You’ll Do
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the IT department, including operational planning, budgeting, performance management, reporting, and roadmap development.
- Ensure delivery of secure, stable, and scalable technology services that support organizational goals.
- Partner with the COO and business leaders to align technology initiatives with Atlantic’s mission and long-term objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity principles, and emerging technologies.
- Provide architectural guidance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Support technology risk management and information security initiatives.
- Oversee IT governance aligned with the Information Security Program, GLBA, and NCUA guidance.
- Partner with Risk and Compliance to support audits, examinations, incident response, and remediation activities.
- Direct system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and application enhancements.
- Ensure effective project governance, documentation standards, and high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and system oversight.
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of direct informational technology experience.
- Previous management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and build trusted partnerships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and effective in a regulated, evolving environment.
