Atlantic Distributors is a broadline foodservice distributor located in Chattanooga, TN. Distributing a variety of frozen, fresh, and dry products, we service customers throughout the Southeast including parts of Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.

ADI is seeking highly driven Territory Sales Managers to expand our footprint in the foodservice distribution industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with foodservice operators, restaurant groups, institutional accounts, and key decision-makers throughout the assigned region. The ideal candidate understands the operational needs of foodservice businesses and excels at delivering strategic solutions that result in long term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue within the foodservice distribution channel.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with restaurant operators and foodservice operations.
  • Expand ADI's presence by promoting supply and distribution solutions specifically tailored to foodservice environments.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent engagement, product support, and exceptional service.
  • Conduct onsite visits, operational assessments, presentations, and product demonstrations for key customers.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with operators and regional decision-makers.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer challenges within the foodservice and distribution sectors.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to influence product development and solution design.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts, and document customer insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in foodservice distribution, restaurant supply, or B2B industrial sales.
  • Proven success in territory management and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice supply chain, distributor relationships, and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Drivers' License
  • Clean MVR
  • Current Auto Insurance
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - not required, but encouraged
