What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide customers through their buying experience
• Build rapport, identify needs, and present tailored vehicle solutions
• Assist in trade-in evaluations and finance options
• Stay on top of inventory, incentives, and specials
• Follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale for long-term retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Auto sales experience is a plus – but we train hungry talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and coachable attitude
• Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed
• CRM experience (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, First Pencil) is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly valued
